Attorney Krier served as Solicitor for the Borough of Bellwood from 1968-1988 and for the Bellwood-Antis School District from 1968-1997. He provided services as a Special Hearing Officer PLRB (Public Sector) from 1974-75 and was President of the Blair County Legal Services Corporation from 1975-1987. In addition, Attorney Alan R.
